Edward V. Sabella

Attorney Edward V. Sabella has more than 40 years of experience handling a wide array of legal matters in the areas of business law, commercial law, bankruptcy, real estate development, business litigation, business acquisitions, corporate law, environmental law and local and state licensing. He is a graduate of St. Michael’s College (1972) and the Western New England School of Law (1976). An active member of the legal community and member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Attorney Sabella’s creative and practical solutions distinguish him as a well-respected, top attorney in this region.

L. Alexandra Hogan

Prior to becoming a partner at Sabella Hogan, P. C., L. Alexandra (Alex) Hogan obtained her J.D. at the Western New England University School of Law (2008) and her undergraduate degree at Bay Path University (1996). Attorney Hogan provides legal counsel with confidence and capability to individuals, businesses and lending institutions in bankruptcy, litigation, business and commercial real estate matters. Attorney. Hogan is actively involved in the community, regularly presents on peer and judicial panels, and has been a member of several boards and committees.
